Chuck has a true expert on setups including intricate nut adjustments and string heights. Most importantly he pays attention to customer concerns and gets your guitar back promptly. Awesome job. Keep up the great work, you keep my guitars happy which makes my fingers happy!

I am beyond thrilled with basement trader ! Chuck found me an incredible cello at an awesome price!

Chuck does excellent work on guitar setups and repairs. He always comes through in a timely manner, especially when I really need him to get me out of a jam. The Laravee acoustic-electric I bought plays and sounds fantastic. The top-coat cracked repair looks great and is holding strong.
